Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GENESIS Transformational Coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Nature of Services

GENESIS provides transformational coaching services focused on identity restoration, emotional maturity, leadership development, and purpose-driven prosperity. Our services include:

• GENESIS: No More Trauma - Personal restoration and emotional grounding
• GENESIS: Social Impact - Leadership and communication development
• The GENESIS Experience - Comprehensive transformation program
• Webinars, workshops, and educational content

Important Clarifications

GENESIS is NOT:

• Therapy, psychological treatment, or mental health counseling
• A substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care
• Emergency mental health services or crisis intervention
• Clinical treatment for trauma, PTSD, or mental health disorders

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical treatment, please seek immediate help from qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services.

Client Responsibilities

By participating in GENESIS programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own growth, decisions, and outcomes
• You will engage honestly and openly in the coaching process
• You will complete assignments and apply learnings between sessions
• You understand that transformation requires intentional effort and commitment
• You will inform us if you are under professional medical or psychiatric care

No Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and structured guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Individual transformation depends on many factors including personal commitment, circumstances, and application of principles learned.

Payment and Refunds

All program fees must be paid in full or according to agreed payment plans before services begin. Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, except in cases of program cancellation by GENESIS.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, conversations, and materials shared during coaching sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent imminent harm.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided through GENESIS programs are owned by Coach Clavon Damu and GENESIS Transformational Coaching. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any program materials without express written permission.

Code of Conduct

We expect all participants to:

• Treat coaches and fellow participants with respect and dignity
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences
• Engage constructively and avoid disruptive behavior
• Honor scheduled appointments or provide adequate notice of cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate services to any client who violates this code of conduct.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule coaching sessions. Sessions canceled with less notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GENESIS Transformational Coaching and Coach Clavon Damu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect enrolled participants.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
